TOLEDO, Ohio — Elaine Paige grew up in the Old West End and wants to serve the people in her community, so the Grace Community Center director paired with United Way to provide over 500 meal kits to families in need. “It means that this community cares about all of its people,” Paige said. “I’m proud because this is my neighborhood.” United Way of Greater Toledo just announced a program that will give away 563 holiday meal kits to people in northwest Ohio this month.
