Islamic Food Bank of Toledo changes name, expands operations (The Blade)

One of Toledo’s food banks is going through major changes.

The Islamic Food Bank of Toledo has not only changed its name; it’s changed the way it operates as it continues to expand its programs.

The Islamic Food Bank Foundation, formerly Islamic Food Bank of Toledo, has established itself as its own entity and found a new executive director in Lauren Bacans-Grounds as Dr. Razi Rafeeq, former executive director of the food bank, enters retirement.
